Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TİKA)- a Turkish government organisation has launched a honey bee research training programme in multiple cities of Azad Kashmir and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK), the Insight on Kashmir learnt this here today.
TİKA has launched this Advanced Honey Bee Research Training Program in 5 cities in collaboration with Pakistan Agricultural Research Council.
The first training event of this programme is being held between 19-21 May 2021 in Peshawar.
After the completion of training the trainees will receive Turkish-style hives for research purposes.
According to the organisation’s statement on its official website, TİKA works with an approach that involves sharing Turkey’s development experience with other countries and relies on an understanding of “cooperation partnership”.
At the root of this understanding, there is compatible, sustainable and multilateral cooperation, and the projects have a one hundred percent success rate thanks to actors that take on suitable roles.
